I can categorically state that I do not want to work out today. I missed my Core workout at lunch and I’ve eaten a lot of chocolate. To make matters worse I am not able to go to the gym because I’m meeting my friends after work. But, if I only workout when I’m motivated to move, I’d probably only make to the gym once a week.
